I have been photographing this family since their son, Clark, was in his mama’s tummy. He is just the cutest little guy with those little curly blonde locks and big blue eyes! Their newest babe, Rose, was just 7 days new when we took these portraits. I absolutely adore capturing all of the incredibly special seasons in their lives! This newborn portrait session took place in the family’s home in Encinitas. Newborn sessions with toddler siblings are always full of laughter, abundant love, pure joy, and beautiful chaos.
Sweet father daughter moments
I could just feel the overwhelming love dad has for his new baby girl as I was capturing their quiet moments together. Mom was beaming as she watched her hubby hold their precious new bundle. The collection includes clothing for mama and babies. I also offer professional hair and make up services (for an additional fee) to look and feel gorgeous the day of your session! Instead of stressing about getting yourself ready for professional photos, we take care of that for you so you can sit back and enjoy the experience. I work with a select few Hair and Make-up artists in North County, all of whom provide unparalleled service to my clients to make them feel and look their most beautiful! Before your session, my hair and make-up artist will come to your home and glam you up so that you’re perfectly ready to step into one of the gorgeous pieces from my Client Wardrobe Collection once our session starts.
During our newborn portrait session consultation, we will choose from a thoughtfully curated wardrobe selection of gowns and dresses in various sizes that best fit your personality and the vibe of our portrait session for a no-fuss and hassle-free portrait experience. We will also choose clothing for siblings if any will be in the session. All of our clothing pieces are timeless and classic, curated to work with any neutral color pallet, and fit perfectly into any home decor style. This way, you can rearrange photos and redo your home decor without the worry of your framed photos not matching your style through the years.
Capturing the best photos of your precious newborn
When booking your newborn portrait session, you can choose to have them done in my home studio or I can come to you and capture your newborn in the comfort of your own home. In my home studio we get the most beautiful natural lighting and everything is neutral, which allows me to create the soft, light, and airy aesthetic you see in my work. For an in home session, I require at least one room with ample natural lighting and neutral colored walls. This family’s home was a dream to photograph in with everything in a soft and neutral color palette and beautiful soft lighting throughout the home.
