When mom contacted me to capture their newborn photography in San Diego, she told me that she had been researching maternity and newborn photographers for a while, and my style was the first and only that she had really gotten excited about. I love when clients connect over the natural simplicity in my newborn photography. I absolutely love what I do and am so honored to have captured this incredibly special moment in their lives.

These new parents have just welcomed a new baby boy into their home, and what a sweet trio they are! This mama is stunning, and so is her sweet baby boy. I also captured their maternity portraits, which were gorgeous! It is always such a treat to be able to capture such an amazing time in a client’s life. This baby boy stole my heart. I loved his little toes curled up, his cute button nose, and how sweetly he slept throughout the session. I asked mom her vision of what she wanted for the newborn session. She hoped to “capture the cuteness and sweetness of our newborn, the details of his features, and the newfound glow we’ll have as a family of three.” I love capturing newborns simply and pure. Dawson is the apple of his parent’s eyes. It is obvious that their love for him grows every time they look at their precious boy. I am so glad this love was so easily captured on camera. These are memories that they will cherish for a lifetime.
