San Diego Wedding Photographer | Mary + Nick | Soledad Club

Mary and Nick recently had a gorgeous San Diego wedding at the Soledad Club. It was an intimate gathering of friends and family to celebrate the union of two beautiful souls. There was a wonderfully relaxed feel in the air all day, in true California style. Getting to know Mary and Nick, the feeling throughout the day was the perfect reflection of their relationship. Natural, fun, and beautiful. One of the most memorable moments for everyone there was probably seeing Nick tear up as his perfect bride walked down the aisle.

One of my favorite parts of a wedding is listening to the speeches. The best man and the maid or matron of honor speeches, and sometimes a meaningful member of one of the families says a few words or offers a toast. Some are funny. Some are emotional. But they always give an intimate glimpse of who the bride and groom are, how they met, and how they fell in love. It is also always a wonderful demonstration of the impact they have made on those closest to them. Mary and Nick’s celebration and their love for one another, their family and friends was tied together beautifully by the words of their close friends.

Everything about the day was simply beautiful – the dress, the flowers, the view, the weather, the details, venue, and of course the bride and groom. The end of the day was just as perfect. The bride and groom had their favorite churro truck, Churro El Tigre, come in for a yummy late night snack!
