San Diego Baby Photographer | Carter One Year Photos

The last session of a Baby Plan is always a little bittersweet. I love watching these sweet little loves grow from a tiny newborn to a toddler filled with so much personality. I am always a little sad though because their next session is no longer on my calendar, just a few months away.

Carter recently had his first birthday which we celebrated with a one year session! Carter is so handsome with his super blonde hair and sweet little, gummy smile.  I do not think that there has ever been a baby in suspenders cuter than Carter. Seriously, so adorable! Carter loves his mama and I have a feeling will be a lifelong mama’s boy.  Mama and daddy are just as smitten about their baby boy!

At the end of the session, Carter indulged in a little sweet treat for his first birthday; a homemade cake made by his mama. He loved his cake! When he gave his parents the “Come on mom and dad, stop embarrassing me” look I melted! I mean, come on. how cute!  I am so glad I captured it because I am sure it will be a family favorite for years to come. AND I’m sure not the last time they get that look from Carter!
