Best Time to Capture Photos on Topsail Island

Sunrise is my absolute favorite time of day to capture portraits at the beach! We often have the beach to ourselves, and the sunrise and early morning light is so dreamy! The beaches here get very crowded in the summer months, so I always recommend shooting at sunrise even if you’re not an early riser. It does make for a super early morning, but then you have the rest of the day to relax which is perfect if you are here on vacation.
