These sweet girls are the same ages as my boys, and their mama and I both homeschool. Watching friendship develop between families is so amazing, especially when you have so many similarities! This session was taken at my favorite field to photograph at in San Marcos.

Capturing Sibling Emotion In Imagery

I just love capturing emotion that comes from family bonding paired with being outdoors. There’s something about being in the warm sun without a care in the world. We got this beautiful, golden light as the girls romped and played in the field which gave us some stunning portraits of their sisterhood.

These sisters were made for each other! They’re best friends, and completely love each other. Their bond is so sweet and it’s a blessing to watch them grow closer throughout the years. Capturing sisterhood on camera is full of twirls, giggles, holding hands, and picking flowers! There was definitely no shortage of sweet sister moments during our session.
